Is it possible to return my order?


You are entitled to a reflection period up to 14 days after receiving an order. Exchange is only possible within these 14 days in case of defect. Also the clothing must be in its original packaging.

Please contact us through e-mail or on WhatsApp to request a return. You will receive feedback on your return request by e-mail with further instructions and return details as soon as possible.

During the reflection period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess.

The product must be returned to Fares Moses in its original condition and packaging. The full order amount including shipping will be refunded within 14 days once the product is returned in the right conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTE! All our products are entitled to custom made products. Exchange is only possible when an error has occurred from Fares Moses. Our Custom Made products are excluded from the Right to Withdrawal. If your tailor made product does not fit you properly, please contact us within 14 days after you have recieved it. We are happy to help you.

Can I return a custom made product?


We'd like to remind you that Custom Made products are excluded from the Right to Withdrawal due to item(s) being specially created or tailored to fit individuals. In any case where a customer has purchased a Custom Made Product, they will be unable to exercise their Right to Withdrawal/ Exchange in relation to this product(s).

Do I have to pay the return costs myself?


The costs for returning to the web store Fares Moses are for your own account. You can check the website of your preferred carrier for the current rates. We recommend sending your package with a Track & Trace code so that your package is traceable. Fares Moses is not responsible for missing return packages.

When will I receive my refund?


When your product is received in good conditions, we will refund your order amount within 14 days. The refund will be transferred onto the payment method you previously used, unless you agree to another method.
